Therapy · Coaching · Education
Therapy and coaching for high-functioning women who are ready to stop living on autopilot and start creating a life that actually feels like theirs.
When competence becomes a burden
But underneath the competence, you may be anxious, exhausted, overwhelmed—or wondering when your own life became something you were simply managing.
Wholistic Trans4mations helps women navigate overfunctioning, burnout, self-worth, identity shifts and major life transitions. Together, we explore the patterns that keep you stuck and build greater self-trust, healthier boundaries and a life aligned with who you are now.
Is this you?
You don’t need to become a different person. You may simply need to stop abandoning yourself to keep everything else together.

Resources & education
Brief practices and deeper reflections for the woman who looks successful on the outside but feels exhausted on the inside.
Four reminders to make rest a meaningful part of the day: give your body a real break, set guilt and multitasking aside, protect one quiet hour, and notice what shifts in your mood and energy.
Four caring reminders for making more room for your own well-being: protect your energy with boundaries, let rest be productive, nurture supportive connection, and offer yourself the kindness you so readily give others.
Four gentle ways to strengthen your relationship with yourself: use the voice of a trusted friend, recognize one small win each day, protect a kind boundary, and give your effort the credit it deserves.
Four compassionate ways to find steadier ground during change: name what is shifting, keep one familiar daily anchor, make room for grief, and let support be part of the transition.
Five small, practical ways to reconnect with the present when anxiety begins to pull your attention away: orient through your senses, slow your breathing, use temperature, feel the support beneath your feet, and speak to yourself with kindness.
Meet your therapist & coach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and coach who works with high-functioning women navigating anxiety, burnout and major life transitions. My approach is warm, humanistic, culturally responsive and grounded in the belief that sustainable change begins with self-understanding—not self-criticism.
In therapy, we look beyond symptoms to understand the beliefs, experiences and systems influencing how you feel. In coaching, we turn clarity into forward-looking action. Across both, the work is about moving from survival and inherited expectations toward self-trust, meaning and a life that fits.
